Standard covers double vacuum, dry-steam seat stain removal, mat scrub, and door jambs. Showroom adds headliner steam, vent sanitisation, child seat cleaning, and a thorough trim conditioning pass. Pick Showroom if your vehicle hasn't been deep-cleaned in over a year, or if you're prepping it for resale.

Yes. Book both in the same appointment and we sequence them so total time is roughly the sum of each. Most full-vehicle bookings (Standard Interior + Steam Exterior) fit in a single afternoon. Add-ons stack into the same window.

Empty the trunk and remove personal items. We handle car seats, mats, and everything else. Leave anything you're unsure about in the car, we'll set it aside, clean around it, and put it back.

A ceramic coating bonds directly to your paint, forming a transparent silicon-dioxide (SiO₂) layer that's harder and more durable than wax. It blocks UV rays, repels water, and resists chemical contaminants for several years.

It depends on the coating. Revivify Self-Heal runs 2 to 4 years and Adam's Polishes runs 5 to 9 years, with proper annual maintenance. Without an annual refill, the protective properties degrade noticeably after the first year.

An annual refill appointment reapplies SiO₂ sealant and removes built-up contaminants, keeping the coating hydrophobic and protective. Between visits, avoid roller-brush washes and use a pH-neutral shampoo with a soft microfibre mitt.

Wax lasts weeks, sealant lasts months, ceramic lasts years. Ceramic forms a chemical bond with the clearcoat; wax and sealant sit on top and wear off. For long-term protection and gloss, ceramic is the only one that earns its keep.

Adam's Polishes is a graphene-infused ceramic: long-lasting, slick, glossy, hydrophobic. Revivify uses an elastomer formula that flexes and rebounds; under heat from sunlight or warm water, minor scratches self-heal. Adam's Polishes wins on longevity per dollar; Revivify wins if you want the self-healing tech. Both include the same prep and paint correction.

Ceramic chemically bonds to whatever's on your clear coat, including the swirl marks, oxidation, and micro-scratches. Skip correction and you lock those imperfections in for the life of the coating. A 1-stage machine polish (included on every package) lifts them off so the ceramic bonds to a flawless surface. Vehicles with deeper defects can upgrade to a 2-step correction.

PPF is a clear, self-healing urethane film applied to high-impact panels (front bumper, hood, mirrors, door edges). It absorbs rock chips, road debris, light scratches, and bug etching. Self-healing means minor surface scratches disappear with heat from the sun or warm water.

Premium PPF holds for 7 to 10 years before the film starts yellowing or losing its self-healing properties. The films we use carry an 8 to 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and delamination, and our installation carries a 1-year warranty.

Yes. The clear topcoat rebounds when warmed by sunlight, warm water, or a heat gun. Light kitchen-style scratches and swirl marks disappear in front of you on a sunny day. This won't fix deep scratches that have penetrated the topcoat, but day-to-day rag and fingernail marks heal on their own.

Yes, when installed on properly cured factory paint and removed by a professional. Damage usually only happens when amateur film was applied over poorly prepared paint, or when removal is rushed with too much heat. We document install conditions on every job so removal years later is straightforward.

48 hours minimum, with hand wash or touchless wash only for the first week. After that, normal washing is fine. Avoid automatic brush car washes long-term, since the brushes can lift film edges over time. We send you full aftercare instructions on delivery.

Front side windows have to let at least 70% of light through, measured through the glass and the film together. Factory glass already blocks some light, so even a light film can take a front window under the limit, and darker films such as 50% or 35% fail up front and are rear-only. Rear side windows and the rear glass have no legal limit, so you can go as dark as you like back there, right down to 5% limo, as long as both side mirrors are working. The windshield can only take a tinted strip along the top, above the AS-1 line. We won't put illegal film on a front window regardless of what you ask for.

Dyed tint blocks visible light only and fades within a few years. Ceramic tint blocks UV and infrared heat, doesn't interfere with phone or GPS signal, and stays colour-stable for the life of the install. We only fit ceramic.

Quality ceramic tint blocks 99% of UV and up to 60% of infrared heat. Even a light shade (50%) gives significant heat rejection. Tint percentage and heat rejection aren't the same number, lighter shades can still cut heat dramatically.

Yes. The UV and glare benefits apply year-round, including the bright snow-glare days and low winter sun that make Ottawa commutes rough from December through February. Heat rejection then becomes a major benefit through the summer. Tint is a four-season upgrade here, not a summer-only one.

Quality tint at legal darkness levels does not noticeably affect night visibility. The problems people describe come from excessively dark film on the front side windows, which is also illegal. We match your front windows to a legal, clear-driving level and can go darker on the rears where the law allows it.

Ceramic and carbon films do not interfere with electronics, GPS, or cell signal. Old-style metallic films can, which is one of the reasons we don't use them. A good installer also accounts for sensor and camera placement when cutting the film, so nothing gets covered that shouldn't be.

A quality ceramic film installed correctly lasts the life of the vehicle and carries a manufacturer warranty on top of our install warranty. It won't fade, bubble, or turn purple the way cheap dyed film does after a couple of summers. The warranty is only as good as the install, which is why our process matters as much as the film.

It depends on your vehicle, the number of windows, and the film. Ceramic costs more than dyed or carbon and delivers the most benefit, which is what we fit as standard. Tiny water bubbles in the first week are completely normal. They are trapped moisture from the wet-application process and disappear on their own as the film fully bonds to the glass. Just don't roll the windows down during the cure period we give you, usually three to five days, so the film can set without lifting at the edges.

Usually three to five days, and we give you the exact window when you pick the car up. The film is laid in a wet solution and needs that time to bond, so dropping the glass early is what lifts an edge or drags the film out of position. It's the one thing that undoes a good install, and waiting costs you nothing.

The outside is not the concern. Film goes on the inside of the glass, so an exterior wash never touches it. It's the interior glass you leave alone. Give it the same three to five day cure, then clean it with an ammonia-free cleaner and a soft cloth, never paper towel. Ammonia degrades film over time, and most automotive glass cleaners are fine; it's the household ones that tend to carry it.

A standard vapour detail takes 3 to 5 hours. Paint correction with ceramic coating is a one to three day job depending on package and condition. We'll quote exact timing when we confirm your booking.

For one-off details, no. For ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tint, a small deposit holds your appointment slot and locks in the quoted price. The deposit is fully credited against your final invoice.

Cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours forfeits the booking deposit. If you need to push the appointment for weather or a sudden conflict, message us, we work with regulars on a case-by-case basis.

Wait 7 days before any contact wash, the coating cures fully in that window. Touchless or rinseless options are fine after 48 hours if needed. Avoid acidic or alkaline products entirely.

A two-bucket hand wash every 2 weeks with pH-neutral soap. Decontaminate (clay or iron remover) twice a year. Bring it back annually for a ceramic refill or a full vapour interior reset. Skip drive-through brush washes.
